Odoo ERP implementation that goes beyond the default configuration

Custom modules, data migration, and integration with your existing systems—delivered in Python, not clicks.

When Odoo configuration alone is not enough

Odoo's out-of-the-box modules cover most mid-market ERP needs. The gap appears when your business processes do not match the default field layout, when you are migrating from a bespoke system with non-standard data structures, or when Odoo needs to exchange data with a warehouse management system, a payment gateway, or a manufacturing execution system. We close that gap with custom modules, integration middleware, and a migration strategy that keeps your existing data clean and auditable.

What we deliver

Custom module development in Python and OWL

Business logic that cannot be handled by configuration—new models, computed fields, wizards, custom reports, and frontend components in Odoo Web Library (OWL).

Data migration from SAP, Dynamics, or legacy systems

ETL pipelines that transform source data to Odoo's relational model, validate business rules before import, and produce audit logs your finance team can sign off on.

Integration with external systems via REST and XML-RPC

Bi-directional sync with WMS, e-commerce platforms, payment providers, and BI tools: queued jobs, idempotent endpoints, and clear error handling so broken syncs do not silently corrupt records.

Quality and delivery logic

Grounded in the service matrix—applied in your context

Module isolation and upgrade safety

Custom code in dedicated modules, never patched onto core. Tested against the target Odoo version before every upgrade so updates do not break business-critical flows.

Migration auditability

Every migrated record traceable to source, with rollback checkpoints before each batch. Finance sign-off on account balances before go-live.

Integration reliability

Dead-letter queues for failed jobs, structured logging per sync event, and runbooks for your ops team so failed integrations are diagnosed in minutes not days.

When engagement makes sense

Replacing a legacy ERP or spreadsheet landscape

When you need a migration strategy, data cleansing, and parallel-run validation—not just a new software licence.

Non-standard business processes

When manufacturing, multi-currency, or multi-company requirements do not fit Odoo's default field layout and you need Python-level customisation.

Integration with an existing system of record

When Odoo must synchronise with a WMS, a payment gateway, or a BI platform and the integration needs to survive Odoo upgrades.

FAQ

  • Which Odoo version do you work with?

Primarily Odoo 16 and 17. We assess upgrade paths and advise on version selection based on module availability and your upgrade cadence.

  • Can you migrate from Odoo Community to Enterprise?

Yes—including module-by-module gap analysis, data migration, and configuration of Enterprise-only features such as full accounting and IoT.

  • Do you offer ongoing support after go-live?

Yes. We offer retainer agreements covering bug fixes, minor enhancements, Odoo version upgrades, and integration monitoring.

  • Self-hosted or Odoo.sh?

We work with both. For organisations with data residency requirements we deploy on Kubernetes with Postgres and S3-compatible storage under your control.
