We look at your application and roadmap, and where useful we work hands-on so we actually understand the codebase. Only then do we suggest people - and only those who would honestly choose your project themselves.
How we get you onto freelance projects or tech jobs
We start by understanding what you want to work on next - tech stack, team size, remote setup, ambitions. We only put you forward when the project is something we ourselves would say yes to, and we stay available while the engagement runs.
